Production Mapping Errors: CGI-S, Location of Intervention, and Occupation

Description

The integration is currently failing for three specific data mappings between OMRS and DHIS2, which is blocking the go-live initiation. Ludovic has confirmed the priority is to correct these three issues immediately in the production environment.

Issue 1: CGI-S Score Mapping

• Forms Affected: F29-MHPSS Baseline and F30-MHPSS Follow-up.
• OMRS Question: 'CGI-S score' (UUID: a1a75011-0fef-460a-b666-dda2d171f39b)
• DHIS2 Data Element: 'Mental Health-Baseline consultation- CGI-S' (UID: qacGXlyyQOS)
• Error Message: "Value 0 - Not assessed is not a valid option for qacGXlyyQOS DataElement in option set 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7"
• Current Status: Optionset configuration appears correct, but OMRS sends '0 - Not assessed', which is rejected.

Issue 2: Location of Intervention Mapping

• Forms Affected: F29-MHPSS Baseline and F30-MHPSS Follow-up.
• OMRS Question: 'Location of intervention' (UUID: 82978311-bef9-46f9-9a9a-cc62254b00a6)
• DHIS2 Data Element: 'Mental Health-Baseline consultation- Location of Intervention' (UID: AuDPJg6gZE7)
• Error Message: "Value Mobile Clinic is not a valid option for AuDPJg6gZE7 DataElement in option set health_center,msf_health_facility,mobile_clinic,home,school,remote_phone,other"
• Fix Identified: The External ID for the 'Mobile Clinic' option in OMRS's 'Location of intervention - MHPSS' optionset was incorrect in the metadata file.

Issue 3: Registration Occupation Mapping

• DHIS2 TEA: 'Employment status' (UID: v7k4OcXrWR8)
• Error Message: "Value 'na' is not a valid option for attribute v7k4OcXrWR8 and option set RpW3aZrlHDi"
• Current Status: A fix for this issue was previously implemented in the UAT environment.
