@mtuchi I've tested F08 and F09 and there are still a few issues to address. See my test results here.

It seems like someone from MSF also tested today and came out with similar results. They also gave some feedback that we should review. I added a comment to indicate that some of the items they flagged as issues don't seem like issues to me - they seem correct per the mappings.

Addressing @jfeldman-openfn F08 & F09 feedback

1. Discharge Date (vVyRr9TtASV) is incorrect

For the given patient encounters in OpenMRS, The discharge date is correct: 23/12/2025

2. The HIV, TB and HIV Mother test results seem to be incorrect. Should double check the mappings for these DHIS2 elements: `JdBTXclJUL7`, `WMGYe0uCBKz`, `eyCFrD43DmN`

We don't have custom mappings for the mentioned dataElements, If the values are wrong then probably it's the metadata issue

Admission Time not populated

The value is returned but it's not rendered properly. I think it's DHIS2 configuration on how to render time

If answer is Negative, then option code is positive and vice versa that's why we are seeing positive in DHIS2
