Indicate exactly where fields are missing in order to complete the review #2272

Description of the issue
We introduced the red or green indicator dot which show in which of the categories the reviewer / contributor can find fields that still need an user action (review). As we now introduced the collapsable accordions for nested metadata properties we need to show a similar indcator on the collapsed accordions. This helps to find out where exactly a review is pending.
Ideas of solution
Show an red / green indicator dot on accordion section. If all properties of a section are empty or if a have been reviewed show green, if one or more are missing a review show red.
