Feature Request: Create tables from OEM json/dict as well

Right now, OEM data to create tables is read from file.
Should be refactored to allow creation from OEM dict as well.

It is possible to load the oemetadta file as a dict and then process it further - this should also mean that it is possible to use the dict directly.
