Find where a Group is used

Each object capability that is secured by a Group can easily list the groups that provide access. But from a Group, it is not possible to see where it's used. Add a feature to allow a list of "where used" to the Group object.

A bit quick analysis shows that groups are referenced in the DB as follows:

esf_group - parent_group_id
esf_group_user - group_id
esf_party_template - todo_group_id and test_todo_group_id
esf_permission_option_group - group_id
esf_transaction_party - todo_group_id

Of course, nearly everything in OpenESF is made of up permissions tied to groups, even the group itself. Most likely, have to report against UI/Views, Libraries, Library Parties/ToDo, packages, transaction templates, and report templates.

This view must only report on Groups for objects that the user running the group query can /View Details' on (view details will show how a group is used in permissions, so List permission would not be sufficient).
