Add ability to create a plain web page with fixed URL #140
Description
Would like to be able to create an HTML page that has a fixed URL and is not
part of a transaction.
This may be used to develop a page with embedded links to start transactions,
provide a special landing page or "thank you" confirmation page, etc.,
especially for users who do not have easy access to a web site or ability to
update/manage the company web site.
General need would likely be the Test vs. Production capability so pages can be
created/changed without affecting the live view.
Each page would allow for a fixed URL to show it, such as
https://example.com/html/PageName where PageName would be the name used to
configure that HTML page.
