remove RPi1 support for OpenELEC 8.0. RPi(1) should be replaced with RPi2 fully

Even though I have RPi2s in my house I've not upgraded the RPi1s that get used for OpenELEC. I know it's a bit slicker on the newer hardware, but the older Pis are good enough, and I have MPEG2 keys for them.

What are the stats telling you for downloads?

With the announcement of the RPi zero we may have to reconsider this, though it is a ways down the road yet.
