[PDR] Provide version variants that support more features

We can design AHUTong as multiple variant editions.

• Offline Edition: User data is never uploaded to our servers, and the code is fully open source and auditable.
• Online Edition: Some user data is uploaded to our servers. The scope and purpose of the uploaded data are lawful and transparent, with explicit privacy consent requirements. It provides additional entertainment features, such as a weather feature.
  The weather feature can be integrated into the UI—I think that’s quite creative.
  In addition, we can add a cloud-delivered announcement feature so that users can immediately receive our updates.
  Also, we can add a teaching evaluation feature to build a more trustworthy and freer teaching evaluation community.
