Two-dimensional bilingual upgrade (EN+TR): substantive scholarship and technical accuracy first, then the author's voice. Overclaims hedged and evidence/inference/recommendation distinguished. Misapplied citations replaced with verified sources (Squazzoni->Bordage, Greenhalgh->Bramer, Tufte->Jones); phantom/dangling refs removed (Engel from 003, Resnik from 010); EU AI Act Art. 50 scope corrected in 009; Provenzale year/volume and APA article-number formatting fixed. Verified declarations 240->248. No booklet added or removed, no heading structure changed, bilingual parity preserved. Independent adversarial review (finder != grader) confirmed zero fabricated citations. Landing TR sentence fragments fixed; README/CONTRIBUTING raised to the same voice bar.
