Adjusting Game Mode settings while streaming

Would it be possible to adjust game mode settings like HGIG and HDR10+ that don’t work properly while streaming? Game mode settings are grayed out while streaming so there is no way to adjust it in settings.

Gamemode is disabling most image processing, so i think it's why you can't edit/adjust anything
