Make the alternative route cards more visible #1535
Description
Currently, when a user clicks on a stop, they have to click on the filter button on the action bar to be able to access the alternative card design, where each card is split by routes, rather than different buses. We should move that to the sliding up panel to make it more intuitive for the user to use.
