Executive Summary

All 9 phases of the AWS Server Audit and Fix Plan have been successfully completed. A critical audio saving issue was identified, fixed, and deployed.

Critical Issue Found and Fixed ✅

Audio Saving Failure

Problem: Jobs failing with "Failed to save audio with any available method"

Root Cause: Signal-based timeout mechanism only works in main thread, causing failures in worker threads

Solution: Modified infer/infer.py to check thread context before using signals

Status: ✅ FIX DEPLOYED

  • Low: 1 (memory usage - acceptable)

Fixes Applied

  1. ✅ Rate Limiter Fix - Conditional decorator
  2. ✅ Stripe Keys - All 4 keys configured
  3. ✅ Audio Saving Fix - Thread-safe timeout handling
