Serial connection initialization error(sequence of boot)

1. Boot Rpi, launch app. Without connecting arduino.
2. You will see initialization error in console.
3. If you connect arduino now, the connection is not acknowledged by rpi.
   4 the issue is rectified with a full system reboot (boot sequence- arduino on and then rpi on )

The serial connection should be established under any circumstance - unexpected reboot, unplugging, etc.
