Here is a transcript of the discussed project phases from design to implementation.

Phase 0: Design & Conceptualization
In this phase a workgroup will analyze which OS2products are eligible for a POC. The goal is to investigate what needs/pains that has to be testet/proven in the POC, and lastly which stakeholders that has to be involved. In this phase the plan for at POC is made and agreed upon.

Phase 1: Proof of Concept (PoC)
In this phase the hypothesis will be testet and proven/rejected. The PoC is a short and defined trial an error periode, with the purpose of learning enough about the concept potential, to be able to proceed og suspend. A project phase.

Phase 2: Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
This phase opbjective is to build a 1.0 solution that meets the minimum success criteria of the concept. This is not the finished product, but merely the next step from the PoC.

Phase 3: Iterations
In this phase the objective is to continue the productdevelopment from 1.0 to the "finished product". The process involves development iterations where new features are tested, refined and implemented. Every iteration lifts the product to the next level - 1.0 to 1.1 to 1.2 etc.

Heres an example with a start date on the 15-01-2025 and arbitratry guesses for the durations of the phases in calendar days of 2 months for Phase 0 and 1 and 4 months for the 1.0 MvP. Just an example, to make it in to a realistic roadmap we need more data and overview about the available ressources.
