[Bug] Images shifted right after capture in MPR layout

Describe the Bug

This is occurs in 3.11.1 and 3.12

Steps to Reproduce

Switch to MPR layout
Select capture tool
Click cancel or save

The current behavior

Images shifted right
Note: when segments have been added the segments are in the correct place but the images are still shifted

The expected behavior

Images remain centered

There is a PR to resolve this: cornerstonejs/cornerstone3D#2539

The proposed resolution doesn't seem to affect the issue one way or the other. It seems that the problem is that SOMETIMES when opening the dialog the screen rendering position gets changed relative to the screen actual position for the offscreen buffer. This causes the system to think the image is still in the correct place but not to actually be in the correct place. It will take more effort to understand how to resolve this issue.
