docs: tell users where to change the admin password after --reset
The Forgotten Passwords section explained how to run --reset and log in as `admin` with the generated password, but never said where to change that random password to a memorable one. Users reported hunting the menus with no luck. Add a "Change the Reset Password" step pointing to the Trust Profile page (username menu, bottom-left) and link to afterInstall.md#set-a-password. Constraints verified against notifiarr v0.9.5 (pkg/client/cli.go resetAdminPassword + frontend profile page): reset generates a random `admin` password; the Trust Profile page needs the current password and a new password of at least 9 characters. The `--reset` command creates a local admin password as a recovery fallback. This is only needed if you can't login with your Notifiarr.com credentials. After reset, you can login with username `admin` and the generated password, then set up your normal authentication.

### Change the Reset Password
96+
97+
The generated `admin` password is random. Once you're logged in, change it to something you'll remember so you don't have to reset again:
98+
99+
1. Click your username in the bottom-left of the Web UI menu.
100+
1. Open the *Trust Profile* page.
101+
1. Enter the current (reset) password, set a new password of at least 9 characters, and save. You can also configure an auth proxy header here instead.
