Keep in contact with the dev assigned to ticket #486 who is/have been working on adding the basic of the page.

The page needs to be pixel-prefect - see the figma file

• Editable fields should follow the figma file

• Form validation should prevent incorrect or empty fields.

The save update button and delete user, needs to provide feedback upon submission.
Use the "files added fail" and "files added success" in figma as a template for this.
