Epic 9: User Story 4: Implement the Student Result Delete Modal

As an admin or teacher, I want to delete a student's result via a confirmation modal so that I can prevent accidental deletions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Start with a Mobile first approach
• The modal must be pixel-perfect, following the design exactly.
• It should include a warning message, confirmation buttons (Cancel/Delete), and an alert icon.
• The delete action should trigger a confirmation step before execution.
• It must be responsive and accessible.
