As an admin or teacher, I want to edit a student's result in a modal so that I can update their scores without navigating away.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Start with a Mobile first approach
• The modal should match the design perfectly with correct input field placements.
• Fields should include subject name, current score, and a save button.
• Form validation should ensure only valid numeric inputs are accepted.
• The modal should be dismissible and fully responsive.
