As a user, I want to see an error message if my registration fails so that I can understand the issue and try again.

Acceptance Criteria:

Start with a Mobile first approach
The modal must strictly follow the design guidelines with proper spacing and typography.
It should contain an error message, a retry button, and a close button.
The modal should clearly indicate why the registration failed (e.g., missing fields, invalid email, or server error).
It must be fully responsive and accessible.
