EPIC 9: User Story 1: Implement the Success Modal

As a user, I want to see a confirmation message after completing an action successfully so that I know my request was processed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Start with a Mobile first approach
• The modal must be pixel-perfect, matching the UI design exactly.
• It should include a success icon, a clear message, and a close button.
• The modal should be dismissible by clicking outside it or pressing the close button.
• It must be responsive and accessible across all devices.
