Ensure the entire form layout is responsive across devices.

Checklist for Completion:

  • form Layout to match the design
  • Adjust margins and paddings for mobile devices.
  • Test responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Verify all fields and buttons are usable on small devices.
