We should boil down things to the minimally needed / wanted implementation.
Of course we might need some minimal design first. But we should not demand to get all things planned through to the last (totally unrealistic), instead i would boil down things to some point and implement a minimalistic framework with some initial providers+checks for testing how it feels, all with keeping an eye on intended future additions - thus testing and developing from there on (note tools for collaboration soon in use).
Absolutely crucial will be the ListenerManager, though we will still change around how exactly the ordering will be done.
Also a basic registry should be there, and basic data storage, so we can set off without using configurations.

Agree! We cant plan out everything for sure (unrealistic as you say) and NoCheat will probably go off the planning a little bit also. A lot of experimenting and testing is needed to get something good out of this but the most important part is that we use the experience we got from NoCheatPlus.
