Package semver versioning problem

Due to Meteor's semver constraints, the latest 1.0.4 does not install unless explicitly required by

meteor add nilsdannemann:pdfmake@=1.0.4

because Meteor believes 1.0.38 is a higher version:

Changes to your project's package version selections from updating package versions:                                          

nilsdannemann:pdfmake  downgraded from 1.0.38 to 1.0.4

The following top-level dependencies were not updated to the very latest version available:

 * nilsdannemann:pdfmake 1.0.4 (1.0.38 is available)

Furthermore, since this is a wrapper, I think you should better be using parallel version numbers that reflect the one from the original package. Namely, 0.1.20 as of now.
