xDrip release workflow

May I ask how does your workflow look like when you push some new commits to the master branch?

I see you have unit_test.yml workflow triggered, but how do the built artifacts end up as a nightly release? Do you prepare it by hand and create new tag and release manually, or is there some automated process behind this?

I work day-to-day with GitLab repisitory, and still learning GitHub, but I would love to have automatic releases in my xDrip fork.
