Issue Summary

I am not getting notifications when a session goes idle or needs user input

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to the server cli in your browser (tested with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari)
2. Configure notifications for idle or needing input and request permissions
3. Allow the notifications through your browser
4. Start a task
5. Wait for notification

Expected Behavior

Get a notification

Happy to provide any more info to help you troubleshoot this. I've tested and confirmed this behavior in every browser on every machine I've tested (Windows, iOS, MacOS, Android) - no notfications ever get triggered.

I can't really get a video that shows anything useful, but here's a screenshot showing all the settings in one place.

I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari - I don't get notifications in any browser.

Can you ensure that your browser is enabled to show notifications in system settings.

Yes, all 3 browsers I tested this with are setup for notifications. Other sites can send notifications. This also fails on the linux system I tested as well, so its not a MacOS permissions thing.

Strange, I just tested it with latest build on macOS Google Chrome Browser and notifications work after enabling in the system preferences and allowing permissions.
I would suggest to try and reset permissions again and enable again.

Also can you try to

1. Open CodeNomad in browser
2. Open Developer Tools, goto console
3. Run the command new Notification("CodeNomad test", { body: "Manual browser notification" })
4. Check if notification appears or not. If it fails, try in another tab from a website which is able send notifications.
