I don't know if this has been fixed. However, if you do encounter it, there is an easy workaround. In the net/libfetch directory, run

bmake print-PLIST > PLIST

Then install the package as usual.

hii @bsiegert ,I tested net/libfetch on current pkgsrc using a fresh bootstrap.
The package builds and installs cleanly with no PLIST errors.
I cannot reproduce the man/cat3/fetch.3 issue anymore.
