Hello!

I've been getting this error after DIA-NN completes, in which 3 tasks do not finish. The peptide and protein reports in the DIA-NN output folder are also all empty - they only have the column header names but no protein groups are present. I am not sure if this is an issue with the search, or if there was not enough peptide in my samples to quantify with DIA-NN. I've copied the error below, and my log file is also attached.

Process 'DIA-NN' finished, exit code: 0

Hi Amber,

There are no IDs from the DIA quant:

[0:38] Number of protein isoforms identified at 1% FDR: 0 (precursor-level), 0 (protein-level) (inference performed using proteotypic peptides only)

Please double check the data and parameters.

Best,

Fengchao
