Hey, can this repo merge some of the changes from https://github.com/romeovs/lcov-reporter-action ?
In particular I wanted to use the filter-changed-files and delete-old-comments flags in the input options, but it looks like this action has not been updated to support them.

It will require some work as we need to adjust the logic on how to get the changed files from the PR (Note: see what exactly is in the context.payload.workflow_run payload).
I'll see if I have some time, but also free to open a PR with the merge + adjustments.
