Fix results limiting

I think the current implementation for limiting the number of results would cut off the most relevant results. Is this the behavior I want? I'm guessing not. It's also worth considering what the default limit is; should it be all the results? The first 10? And also consider, if we do want all the results by default, is it better to limit the results inside the results formatter?

Code has been adjusted to return the most relevant results. Still need to decide what the ideal default limit behavior should be.
