List of tags to skip or a function to render tag as per user choice

I'm just wondering if we should provide a property, say skipTags, where a user can pass the list of jPaths to skip some particular tag from parsing result.
Or we should provide a function where user can decide if a tag should be skipped or it's name should be changed.

updateTag option is added to the parser to skip a tag from parsing result. Check solothought post for detail example.
