This license allows the individual Licensee to use the software exclusively for personal use. No entity or organization, aside from the Licensee, is permitted to use, modify, distribute, or otherwise engage with the software without explicit permission from the Licensor.
If the software is to be used by a company or any entity for commercial purposes, the Licensee is required to pay a premium. The premium amount will be determined solely by the Licensor. Commercial use without obtaining this premium license is strictly prohibited.
The Licensor retains full ownership of the software, including all rights, title, and interest.
The Licensee shall not, under any circumstance, sell, lease, loan, or sublicense the software without explicit permission from the Licensor. Companies or organizations found using this software without authorization or failure to pay the premium will be subject to legal action.
The Licensee is not permitted to modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software without explicit written consent from the Licensor.
The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies of it in their possession.
This software is provided "as-is," without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
