What is the context of the feature/improvement?

I think it would be cool to have a Discord Rich Presence for the toolkit to let our friends and other people (if we choose to share our activity in our profiles) what we're doing, and including Remix as something Discord will automatically recognize.

Please describe the feature/improvement?

RTX-Remix Toolkit would show up as a recognized .exe for Discord to accept as something it recognizes for our current Activity.

What would be your solution? (optional)

This used to be a feature in the early days of the Toolkit, it would automatically appear as our current status. But a few months ago it stopped showing up :/
