Setup error when running the fl-simulator example.

Hello everyone,

I am following the getting started guide https://nvflare.readthedocs.io/en/2.3.0/getting_started.html and after installing nvflare 2.3.0 and downloading the repo in the 2.3.0 tag, I have the following problem when running the example command:

Maybe update paramiko to 3.1.0 version can help (pip install paramiko==3.1.0)
Another thing that could help is to switch to 2.3.0 instead of git switch main like the getting started guide says.

The jobs have actually been refactored so the job itself is at examples/hello-world/hello-numpy-sag/jobs/hello-numpy-sag. The command to run it with simulator should now be:

nvflare simulator -w /tmp/nvflare/hello-numpy-sag -n 2 -t 2 examples/hello-world/hello-numpy-sag/jobs/hello-numpy-sag

Looks like this update was missed on the Getting Started page in the docs, so I will make an update to that.
