scos-actions not detecting existing onboard calibration file #116
Description
When not using a sensor_calibration.json, but running with existing onboard_sensor_calibration.json file, the logs always show "Making new onboard cal file from existing sensor cal" instead of "Onboard calibration file already in use. Continuing." These log messages specifically refer to YFactorCalibration action.
