If you find a partial vehicle, the create vehicle mutation and the image mutation are happening at different time. The create vehicle mutation needs to happen at the same time as the image mutation
Image upload to Swift was not working and hence the picture could not be added to the email.
Possible Fix – upload the files directly to the GraphQL.
