Using old version (2019) of OSM road network

Hi,
Thank you very much for this good job. I would like to use LCSSMatcher for mapping a old set of gps data. So I need to you a old version of osm road network in nx_map but NxMap.from_geofence get only the recent network. Please help !

@tnguyenat - thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately this package doesn't easily support loading in an arbitrary road network and is designed to work by interfacing with osmnx to get the road network data. To my knowledge, osmnx will always return the latest road network data from OSM and so in order to work with older OSM data you would need to build an NxMap directly. If you wanted to try this on your own you could look into pyrosm for creating a graph from an old OSM data file and then using osmnx to clean up the graph, finally creating an NxMap from the osmnx graph (see here). Sorry there isn't more direct support for this but any contributions to make this easier would be welcome!
