Data processing issue at NSRDB API endpoint

Hello we started receiving errors today.

"Data processing failure"

Similar to before @PjEdwards but it seems to be for all requests this time.

Yeah, NREL did some unplanned maintenance on our servers that broke these endpoints for a few hours. I believe we are back up and running now.

Also don't konw if you caught it, but we doubled our rate limits for total requests in 24 hours the other day https://developer.nrel.gov/docs/solar/nsrdb/guide/

Thanks for the ping! Yes, I'm seeing the failures and am working on a bugfix now. I'll let you know when we're back to good.

not sure if it helps but I'm finding that I can retrieve the CSV the first time, but it limits for the second request. I can replicate this with new keys.

@PjEdwards Hello, echoing others here. I am getting bad requests for both NSRDB GOES aggregated v4 and WTK BCHRRR v1. Thanks for all your work and hope it can get back up soon!

OK, a fix has been deployed. @mczimmerman your clue was in fact what led me to the resolution. Thanks for that! Please test things out and close if you find everything is back to normal.
