Currently the process lightning task calls exrrfs_process_lightning.py from JRRFS_PROCESS_LIGHTNING. Only shell scripts may be called from J-jobs, so an intermediate exrrfs_process_lightning.sh script should be created. This ex-script will then call ush/process_lightning.py.
