Please let me know if it'd be helpful to stage a new date IC directory and where you'd like this staged. Additionally, let me know if you want new copies of all the files or if you'd like me to link files to the previous IC date where appropriate.

Since this request overwrites an existing IC file, I created a new timestamp (20250218) for the C48C48mx500 IC set and copied the new WW3 restart file into it:

I have also done the same on MSU and copied the new timestamp to WCOSS2 Cactus and Dogwood already. Will also update Gaea C6 as part of the ongoing role.glopara data population there.

If a new IC date is given, I can update this version in the open PR.

@JessicaMeixner-NOAA please confirm the above looks good and if so, proceed with updating the C48 IC versions in your PR to now use the new 20250218 timestamp. This issue can be closed with the merge of your PR, please update the PR language to do so. Thanks!

@KateFriedman-NOAA - I was trying to run a quick test on hercules and am not finding the new IC date? Did you already copy to MSU ?
Am I looking at the wrong directory here: /work/noaa/global/glopara/data/ICSDIR/C48mx500 and do not see the new IC directory.

Apologies, I put it in the new role-global space we've been setting up on /work2 (/work2/noaa/global/role-global/data/ICSDIR). I can't access the old/current area since Walter owns it.

@WalterKolczynski-NOAA can you create a symlink in the old glopara space to the new timestamp for now until we move to the new space in develop? Thanks!
