AT next upgrade, the following scripts need to correct or improve the prep_step -

scripts/exrtofs_glo_ncoda_qc.sh - no prep_step to reset fort.61/62/63 at $EXECrtofs/rtofs_ncoda_alarm
scripts/exrtofs_glo_ncoda_glbl_var.sh - no prep_step to reset fort.40/67/68 at $EXECrtofs/rtofs_ncoda_post
scripts/exrtofs_glo_ncoda_hycom_var.sh - no prep_step to reset fort.?? at $EXECrtofs/rtofs_ncoda_post
scripts/exrtofs_glo_ncoda_polar_var.sh - no prep_step to reset fort.40/67/68 at $EXECrtofs/rtofs_ncoda_post
