Summary of known model output issues

Following up an email of mine from last June (2023) this is a spreadsheet of known extreme values to be in RTOFS output from mid-2018 to mid-2023:

In terms of being a github issue, I suggest it be labelled something more like 'option' or 'tracking' than 'bug' and that the spreadsheet itself be updated (by any and all) as it's nailed down that some things are physically allowable, or known errors, or fixed.
