The NIAID team appears to be doing reviews/approvals of ResourceCatalog entries in staging for inclusion on Production. Rather than have a flag which may then necessitate a rebuild of the data, we will maintain a list of resources that have been approved for production and resources (as opposed to resources that are to remain in staging).

This list can temporarily be found here until a preferred place/format is determined: #16

I am marking this as pending close out and will close it after a week if no issues arise from the current implementation of this feature.
