Source Description

ProteomeXchange is a global consortium of proteomics data repositories that facilitates the sharing, dissemination, and reuse of proteomics data. The consortium was established to standardize the submission and distribution of mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics datasets. ProteomeXchange provides open access to comprehensive proteomics data, including raw mass spectrometry data, processed protein identifications, and more.
