Update Metadata compatibility scores for ComputationalTools

Issue Description

ComputationalTools follow a different schema than Datasets or ResourceCatalogs.

The ComputationalTool schema can be found at: https://discovery.biothings.io/ns/nde/nde:ComputationalTool
The metadata compatibility score for ComputationalTools should be calculated based on the the Required and Recommended fields for ComputationalTools. Please update the metadata compatibility/completeness scores for ComputationalTools

Additionally, the ResourceCatalog schema has been updated to include the 'about' property. Please update the metadata completeness scores for ResourceCatalogs accordingly. The schema for ResourceCatalogs can be found at: https://discovery.biothings.io/ns/nde/nde:ResourceCatalog
