Run EXTRACT pipeline on bio.tools

Issue Description

We were unable to map any fields to species, infectiousAgent, and healthcondition for bio.tools, although some records have such information in the name, description, keywords. Run the EXTRACT pipeline on bio.tools records to augment this metadata wherever possible.
