See that the H3 on Cards increases much more than other headings and does not behave the same as Panel H2 headings which increase more normally
Expected behavior
The H3 Card headings should scale more linearly with the accessibilty tool

This is the appearance by default with no change to the text size:
The below image shows the result on desktop when the increase text size button has been clicked once. The Cards all scale up much faster than other headings.
The other headings also seem to "misbehave". This is how they appear without any changes to the text size:
And now with one increase text click on the One Touch Accessibility toolbar:

I've swapped out my Accessibility tool and found that the "AllAccessible" tool works better for heading and Care card resizing but still struggles with text on the card contents:
Original text sizes
+100% font Size updates Headings (H1 to H6) and Care Card/Warning Call out headings but doesn't scale the Card Contents
I've noticed that on desktop and mobile views of my staging site, I find that the CARD headings do not scale properly when using the Accessibility plugin (Wordpress https://wpaccessibility.io/?utm_source=wp-plugins&utm_campaign=author-uri&utm_medium=wp-dash)
