Enable draft pull requests

Could we enable draft pull requests? In my experience, this helps a lot with collaborating on a PR early on

I didn't think there was anything to enable. When making the PR, just before you press the PR button, you have the drop down menu on the button that lets you select whether to make it a draft or not (https://github.blog/news-insights/product-news/introducing-draft-pull-requests/). And once the PR is made, on the right hand side under reviewers there should be a convert to draft link that you can click.

Woopsie, sorry about that! Somehow I couldn't find the usual "dropdown button" when creating a PR, but I can definitely see the option to convert to a draft now on existing PRs. Will double-check next time when creating a PR on this repo. Marking this topic resolved until then.
