Webapp channel editor add comfree column.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In mythweb/settings/tv/channels there is/was a field commfree. This allowed the turning on/off of commercial detection for individual channels or checking if it was set. This is no longer shown in the webapp.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a column to webapp, comfree, to show if advert detection is enabled or not for all channels in one screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To check now using the webapp means enabling updates, edit channel, and scrolling down to the bottom of the channel editor to find the advert detection method for each individual channel.

Note: You do not need to enable updates. There is a second channel editor in the Dashboard (click home icon on the left, channel editor) that does not need you to enable updates.

Is it useful to know the detection method in the full list, or just if it was comm free or not?
