grammar option in server mode as well?

I think the --grammar and --grammar-file options are awesome, since I want to create output in a certain DSL.

However, they seem to be available only in the cli mode, not server mode. This strikes me as odd, since it is possible to specify the grammar on the webpage, right after the server has started. Any thought or workarounds?
